CP 131 Proposed ASIC Market Integrity Rules: ASX and SFE Markets

This consultation paper sets out ASIC鈥檚 proposals for new Market Integrity Rules for ASX Limited (ASX) and Sydney Futures Exchange Limited (SFE) markets based on existing rules for these markets.
It explains our approach in developing these proposed rules and how we propose they would apply following the transfer of market supervision to ASIC.
