CP 229 Repealing redundant ASIC class orders

This consultation paper sets out ASIC鈥檚 proposals to repeal class orders that we consider are no longer required and do not form a necessary and useful part of the legislative framework. Under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, these class orders will expire (鈥榮unset鈥�) if not remade.
We are seeking feedback on our proposals to repeal these class orders.
