CP 258 Remaking ASIC class order on differential fees: [CO 03/217]

This consultation paper sets out ASIC’s proposal to remake our class order on differential fees. Under the Legislation Act 2003, this class order will expire (‘sunset’) if not remade.
We are seeking feedback from financial product providers and the financial services sector on our proposal to remake, without significant changes, , which is due to expire on 1 April 2017.
