This information report sets out the findings of a recent thematic review of the implementation of the retirement income covenant (‘the covenant’) by a sample of Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) licensees. The review was undertaken jointly by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and the 91AV and Investments Commission (ASIC).
